Shipping policy

At Hide A Trim, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Below is our standard shipping policy:

1. Order Processing & Handling

   • We generally ship all orders via FedEx, using Shopify’s integrated shipping label system.
   • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day.
   • Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

   • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
   • Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and destination. Please refer to your tracking details for the most accurate delivery estimate.

3. Shipping Costs

   • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
   • Any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges will also be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays

   • While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays can occur once your order is in transit (e.g., weather, carrier delays). If you experience any delay or issue with your shipment, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
